Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns Window

You may return any item within 30 calendar days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided the item meets the return eligibility criteria listed below.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange or refund all we ask is:

  • For the garment to be in an Unworn (condition) we appreciate you will need to
    try garments on however, please do not remove any tags or labels until you are
    satisfied with the fit
  • Please ensure if you are looking to return that, it is unwashed, and in original resalable condition
  • In the original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt)

Note: Returns must not include items damaged due to wear or misuse. Items returned that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the sender.

Free UK Returns

We offer free UK returns via UPS to remove any hassle from the process. Follow our returns process to generate a label and drop off your return at the closest drop off location to you.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will:

- Email you confirmation of receipt
- Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

If approved:

- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days
- If you paid for standard delivery, that cost will also be refunded

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted for:

- Items showing obvious signs of use
- Items not in original condition, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card provider (posting delays may occur)
  3. Contact your bank (processing times can vary

Exchanges

We recommend placing a new order for the item you want and returning the unwanted
item for a refund. This ensures availability and speeds up the delivery process.

Replacement of Missing Components

If your item is missing a button or similar component, we’ll send up to 3 replacement
buttons free of charge. For more than 3 replacements or non-standard items, a small fee
may apply.
